Coaching with me is collaborative, flexible, and always driven by you.
In our first session, which runs about 90 minutes, we’ll explore what matters most to you: your goals, your challenges, and what success looks like in your life. From there we’ll develop a strategy together and break your goals down into manageable steps that actually work for your brain.
Every session after that starts with you. You decide what you want to focus on that day, whether that’s progress from last time, something new that came up, or a challenge you’re ready to tackle. We’ll look at what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to shift.
At the end of every session I’ll ask you two things: what’s your new awareness, and what do you need from me? Those two questions keep our work grounded and make sure coaching is always serving you.
The logistics: Sessions run 45 minutes to an hour. Most clients meet weekly at first, then taper to every other week as they build momentum, though we always adjust to what works best for you. Clients who commit to three months tend to see the most meaningful progress.
Coaching is available virtually or in person for clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
