Stephanie Monks is an ICF credentialed life coach and PAAC certified ADHD coach who believes the goal isn’t to fix your ADHD brain, it’s to understand it. Her path to coaching began close to home, when a family member received a late ADHD diagnosis. Navigating that experience, the grief, the missed opportunities, and the relief of finally having answers, showed her firsthand how transformative the right support can be. When she learned how few credentialed ADHD coaches existed, she recognized the need and got to work.
She works collaboratively with individuals and families, helping clients identify what’s getting in the way so they can better appreciate the unique strengths their ADHD brings. She works with middle school through postgraduate students and adults of all ages, meeting in-person and virtually with clients from the US and Europe. Stephanie has presented at the ADHD International Conference on topics including youth group coaching and the neuroscience of improv and ADHD.
With over 35 years at Delta Air Lines, as a flight attendant, manager, and employee communications specialist, she brings a grounded, global perspective to her work. She is also a trained mediator.
She volunteers her time coaching at-risk youth with ADHD and with Historic Fort Worth, Inc.
